Despite seeing ads popping up on my android device, the rewards section shows 0 have been seen and no BAT has been given for a few months now.
What Operating System and Brave version are you using? (Menu --> About Brave)
Android 14 and Brave 1.61.120

For context, I have brave on 2 PC’s as well with identical rewards settings and they track just fine.
Hello - Do you see a connected profile at brave://rewards-internals? Have you tried resetting it? Thanks!
by profile do you mean the custodial account info or is this somewhere else?
Correct! You should see your Rewards profile connected to a custodian at brave://rewards-internals
Gotcha, yes I see all that. I just reset the rewards account so I’ll come back at the end of the day with results. I’m seeing these log errors as well if it helps anything
