Adding a quick way to manually Synchronize between devices

Sync typically does not update more than every hour for me. The only way I have found to manually update the sync status is to go to: brave://sync-internals/ and clicking ‘trigger GetUpdates’. Adding a little button under the the ‘three bar menu’ in the top right of the browser that utilizes this same functionality in a more user friendly interface would be nice.

Good idea, we need a sync now in the setting. or give an optional button in the task bar
