Country North Macedonia is not supported yet from Brave both for BAT rewards and for creators.
But Uphold supports it, I recently had a mail from their support and they confirmed that they are supporting it.
This is also an official link of unsupported countries from Uphold, and North Macedonia is not in it.
Why Brave is not supporting it yet?
