Description of the issue:
Ads aren’t being blocked on multiple websites anymore randomly
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
This just happened about a week or two ago YT ads weren’t being blocked any longer and then twitter, Twitch pop up ads and Ads on other websites were coming through too.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
I tried updating all components under brave://components all up to date but Brave Ad Block List Catalog just comes back as an update error and its version is 0.0.0.0

I dont get why this has happened curious if anyone else has this issue too or if its just me.
