Briefly describe your issue:
Just Seen the icon and it had the little 1 for a notification. It asked me to verify my account again, nothing new, it’s happened before. So I go on uphold with my phone and verify, using 2fa as always. After I verify it, it suddenly comes back and tells me I’m flagged and that I’ll not get my rewards anymore plus no more ads.
What the hell? I’ve been a part of the brave ecosystem since literally the very beginning. I’ve never even remotely breached the TOS, I haven’t changed my browsing habits in the slightest. Why, pray tell, did I get flagged? It seems I’m not the only one either, if these other posts are anything to go by.
I hope this gets resolved soon. I’ve used brave daily. Put up with the bugs and quirks, performance issues and ads for years. It feels like a slap in the face when you get flagged for absolutely no reason…

Did you create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 as you’ve perhaps seen in these other posts you’ve seen? If not, the likelihood of you automatically getting the flag removed any time soon is slim.

Yep. Just a FYI, currently is the weekend and they aren’t active. Plus they only have like 5 people working Support. They all try handling tickets but is primarily 2-3 of them doing it. So it will require a bit of patience. One of the things you can do which might help a bit is for you to reply here with your ticket number, which you’ll have sent to your email, that way if anyone has time they might be able to check in on it. Otherwise they work on it in the order it was received.
Due to time of month and all right now, I’ll honestly let you know that unless one of them looks into it in their spare time, been a lot of people waiting 2-3 weeks. Hopefully yours will be handled quicker, but just want you to at least be aware it might be a while.
