Unfortunately, I am a 24 hr clock guy.
Would it be a big issue to add the function of a 24 hr clock?

This topic has been discussed and so far I haven’t seen a resolution. My OS is Windows 7 and the regional settings for time are for the 24 hour clock. So it seems Brave is not using the user setting to determine whether the user prefers a 12- or 24-hour clock.
Same here June 2021, can’t get to my own website because “the clock is wrong” but it is correct. When will this be fixed?
Double click the clock (AKA click it 2 times fast)
This should change it immediately
Afterwards, there will be a delay of about 1.5-3 seconds where you won’t be able to change the setting, though after that time has passed, you can change the setting.
