Zero rewards for last 2-3 weeks

Hi
My rewards are shown as 0 for the last several Brave updates.

I get home screen ads but no popups.

I’m connected in the US and use Brave for 8-10 hrs /day.


Version 1.24.84 Chromium: 90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Questions:

  1. Will I get rewards for the time I’ve used Brave in good faith?
  2. When will you fix this and related rewards issues?

you shouldn’t be receiving pop-ups only notifications just make sure u use brave like any other app and browse the deeper the search the more likely u get ads, just don’t do the mistake of opening the same website every time to try and get ads it won’t work

Please forgive my mistaken nomenclature.

I get no notifications (which pop up on my screen). I used to. But about 3 months ago my rewards started going up only very slowly (around 3 BAT / mo). Then it stopped completely and my Rewards Card shows 0.00 BAT for the last couple of weeks.

I don’t understand “deeper search”. I use a browser all day for work. Several hours at least are on research that includes searches of many kinds. Currently, I have 14 search tabs open from the last 3 hrs. Most I searched and refined a couple of time, so let’s call it roughly 30 to 50 searches so far today.

Yet I have 0 notifications and 0 BAT.

Any thoughts?
