Thanks for the additional info.
I was able to reproduce the issue in Brave, the YouTube video doesn’t show, but then if I turn off the Brave Shields, then the video will load. Please see this screen recording to see that in action.
It appears the Brave Shields is too strong an blocking YouTube, so I recommend to follow-up with them.
