Your account suspension has been removed. But still I cannot access my account

Hi Brave Team,

My account suspension is already lifted. It says here from the email that I received from you guys:

But when I logged in it says that my account is still suspended:

I already waited for 9 days before I post here. I think it is already a long time waiting. On top of my 1 month plus waiting before the favorable response from you guys. But still I cannot access my account.
