I have purchased a new computer with Windows 11 Pro.
I have almost exclusively used Brave, but I am ready to switch as I am so frustrated.
When I open Brave, it does not actually open, but the icon shows up in the task bar. Like it is minimized. But it was not, I have tried to maximize it, closed it via task manager, then tried to reopen, then I also shut down my system tried to see about updates etc. I can not get it to open or at least open in a way it is usable.
After spending hours on this issue I have found the solution. I wanted to post it as I did not see it posted anywhere for BRAVE, but on another browsers help.
You need to select the PC Screen only option, by holding down the WINDOWS key + P. The Project window will appear on the right side, select the PC SCREEN ONLY option, and for me this fixed the issue.
I hope this helps others save time.
