Where is the option to encrypted ENSI?

I have noticed brave does not encrypt ENSI by default, it’s easy in Firefox to change those setting(linked below for example), but where in Brave can you change it? IMHO as a security focused browser, this should be easier to change under settings or enabled by default for normal users.
