Videos restart when its ad time (marked by a yellow line on the play bar) on VRV https://vrv.co/ (anime streaming site), and it also restarts whenever I fast forward to ANY later point in the video. The second problem is that Crunchyroll https://www.crunchyroll.com/ (another anime streaming site that happens to own VRV) will not play videos at all and instead tells me to download their app (not happening) or use their web browser (don’t have a computer).
