Verified user with Uphold in an non-EU region who have not received payment

I’m a verified user with Uphold registered as Canadian.
I have logged in my account and was not asked for Uphold’s CDD question because I’m a non-EU resident.
I didn’t receive my reward in January.

What date did you verify your wallet?
In March 2020

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Since the beginning until last payment in December 2020.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

What about Gemini wallets because there is shown payment complete but I didn’t receive

I’m waiting to hear more on Gemini wallets as I too did not receive expected payment. Judging by the other posts on this forum, a lot of Gemini wallets are impacted. I’m just trying to be patient as I await a response.

Yeah but we wait so much and almost half a month completed

I’m sure they’re aware of any issues. We just have to be patient. It’ll be fixed eventually. Wish I had a better answer for you and everyone else.
