Can you please explain me why did you disable Uphold in Bosnia and Serbia region?
And what is even more weird I still receive monthly like 0.15 BAT.
When will you enable this region again? (Bosnia and Herzegovina / Serbia)

Brave didn’t, Uphold did. You can go to https://support.uphold.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026786712-Non-Supported-Geographies- and you’ll see that Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and many others are listed under We are unable to offer new accounts in the following locations:
So Uphold has restricted your region. This is why you can’t get it.

Or is there any other account besides Uphold/Gemini that supports those countries? This sucks honestly.

Nope, nothing that has a contract/agreement with Brave. Without that, then is nothing to be sent.
Btw, if you’ve missed it, the USA has put sanctions on Balkans area. Most of this will probably remain in place until Russia/Ukraine war (conflict?) is resolved.
