Found this reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/brave_browser/comments/fxwkkt/how_do_i_remove_brave_browser_apps/

Steps to Remove (using reddit.com):

  1. Open App site in a new tab.
  2. Click on hamburger menu.
  3. Click on “Open in Reddit”
  4. Reddit opens in a new window
  5. Click on hamburger menu in new window.
  6. Click on “Uninstall Reddit…”

Discussion:
I really don’t know anything about this, was just playing around. If above doesn’t work for you, it might give you some ideas! I went to reddit, clicked on the “install reddit” option in the hamburger menu and the post opened up in a new window. The option to uninstall is on that page and not in the main browser window. Also, it was not available if I closed the “App Window” and opened again in a tab.

Hi @Chocoholic thanks for the reply! , yeah i know that, but u hhave to open the app to be able to do that, and i have many other apps that i installed, and want to see em from a list. If i u click in information then COnfiguration, will direct u to a page were u can manage that app like (brave://app-settings/-random numbers & letters here-) , i think it must be a way to manage them by typing the correct url if u try to open brave://app-settings/ it will give u an error
(ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT) maybe there’s a way to enable this

Hi

Try one of these methods.

  1. Open Windows Settings and search for apps and features then open it. Select your app, then uninstall.

  2. Download and install Revo uninstaller. it’s free. Open Revo and click on windows apps, choose your app then uninstall.

@Nahuell And be sure to post if it worked! The curious want to know.

@CerealLover Do you know if any of the browsers have the apps listed in a setting somewhere? Esp. chrome? You probably would have mentioned that but I didn’t want to assume so thought I would ask! lol

Edit1: Think I might have found it… brave://apps

Edit2: Also has this in brave://flags

Hi @Chocoholic great  u find it! , i added that page to the bookmarks  and it has an brave icon too

That’s how it looks like. With the right click you can choose wich to uninstall or change settings

That PWA setting looks interesting but i don’t think it’s necessary if u add that adress
