No one is answering the emails or even say that they are reviewing even though I sent evidence that I’m Doing everything correctly

@shsound I’m not worried because I didn’t do anything wrong 
But I think they should handle every case separately and finish it quickly instead of handling all the cases in the same time and make a very slow progress.
