Creator payment not received since months

Hello,

My account verified with uphold but i have never received the creator rewards, can i have explain for this? support just ignoring, one time they said your uphold account is not verifed, and when i screenshot that is linked correctly and verified, now they said it’s under review, and from that they never reply

What do you see when you access your publishers account? Does it say it is under review?
Does it show it is connected to Uphold?

Usually “under review” means there is some suspicious activity. Have you been tipping yourself? (rhetoric question)
