Unable to verify rewards on Android

I’ve seen many posts online and here is the below outcome each time I attempt to verify.

FYI, I have 19 BAT, above the required 15 minimum.

1. Click “Verify Wallet”
2. Sign into Uphold account
3. Click " authorize" to connect brave and uphold
4. Return to the brave rewards page
5. “Verify Wallet” still remains

I also receive this error when I go back to the previous page (from the redirect)
