Description of the issue: when going to post a gif or image under a Reddit post in the comment section, it won’t work (on the Brave app on the browser).
How can this issue be reproduced?
Expected result: being able to post gifs and images under comments on Reddit with the Brave browser app.

@CherryPie as I understand it, you can only post gifs/images in comments on subreddits that allow them.
Do you see the option to add a gif/image in a reddit comment thread at all? If it does not appear, this is because the subreddit has disabled them. If you do, what exactly happens when you tap the gif/image button?
After testing a bit, it looks like this is not possible to post gifs/images in reddit threads (that allow them) in the reddit mobile website in general. Tested in Safari as well, the site options to add images/gifs/emojis and other options do not appear on the mobile website.
This seems to be a limitation/restriction of the site itself rather than Brave. Likely implemented to drive users to download and use the Reddit mobile app rather than the mobile website.
