Description of the issue:
I’m getting the following error, despite having added a key for the repository:
rr:5 https://brave-browser-apt-release.s3.brave.com eoan InRelease
The following signatures couldn’t be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY A8580BDC82D3DC6C

Follow installation instructions on a fresh install of pop_os 19.10.

If you run apt update
again, it should work.
The problem is that we accidentally used the wrong key (they one we are planning to switch to early next year) to sign the repository and so that’s why you saw that error message.
