Description of the issue:
I have been trying to add an extension from the chrome store but the add to Brave is not visible, only the add to chrome.
I have installed the extension before On a previous version of brave but had to delete and reinstall Brave due to a different issue earlier today where the browser would not download files, and the next version was not visible as an update.
The extension is proton pass
How can this issue be reproduced?

Expected result:
To Be able to add the extension to brave
Brave Version(Version 1.69.2 (172) ):
Mobile Device details iPad Pro
Additional Information:
I have tried being signed in and logout on the google store (could think of anything different to try)
I have also turned off all the Brave shield elements.
