Unable to enable rewards

I could not see my rewards amount so i disabled rewards then tried to enable again.
Now it flickers a split second when i klick to enable rewards but the button keeps it’s position at disabled.

You are on windows right? I had this happen to me this week. I created a new profile/windows user with no admin rights and logged in. It worked on the new profile. I had to blow up my local appdata for brave and fixed it on my real profile on my windows PC. It sucks as you lose this months progress. Seems like the only fix I could find as others are slow to respond.

The solution was as StiggmataaJ said.

But be warned!
All settings, bookmarks etc is deleted

  1. Close Brave
  2. Windows button + r
  3. type appdata then press enter
  4. go in to local
  5. delete BraveSoftware directory
  6. Start Brave

Shouldn’t have to be this way I am sorry these things got deleted. I saved my user data folder and slowly moved things into my new folder. But I was afraid to break it again.
