Unable to claim rewards on ios (sept 2020)

Hi, I have a problem with claiming rewards. Every time I’m pressing “claim” there is a message “oops! Something went wrong”

. I browsed through the settings, but I couldn’t find anything that could help and checked this forum but without any hints that would help me solving the problem.

try to set the zoom level to 100% and see if it help

Sorry, but I’m not sure what you mean. IMHO zoom level has nothing to do with Brave Rewards - this is a settings popup from the browser, not a web page.

i read old post before and setting the zoom to 100 make it work fine

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
