Hello, sorry if this is not in the correct area or has been covered. I’m completely new here and it’s a bit confusing. I’ve searched around and it seems a lot of people have the same issue but with few solutions.
My issue is that for the last couple of months ads have been running and it tells me on the 7th I can claim the reward but the option doesn’t come up. The month before that it worked just fine but for some reason doesn’t anymore. I have no clue why.
Plenty of ads are running and everything looks in order until the 7th arrives and there’s just no means to collect the reward. I have Brave on another device (also Windows) and it’s been working completely fine on there, so I’m at a loss.
Does anyone have any insight?
