Two months in a row without rewards

Didn’t receive my rewards from September and October.

Rewards appeared as received, but the number of BAT in my gemini wallet didn’t updated. Already check my Gemini account and nothing is there since August rewards. What I don’t understand is that I received the memo on brave homepage that I received my rewards…

Can someone help me?
