I haven't received my September or October rewards

I have a connected and verified Gemini account, but haven’t received my rewards for September or October.

Today the rewards drop-down window has a banner saying “Congrats! Your October rewards have arrived!” but they definitely haven’t, and my rewards for September never arrived either. Previous months’ rewards came through okay. I don’t know what has changed or what I can do about it. Any suggestions?
