Twitter links with t.co blocked

Description of the issue:
Linking via twitter using t.co are blocked. Not sure how to unblock.
using Manjaro

Example https://t.co/TFjgXhdOK6

I just found that there are extensions and websites that can decode them. But I do not know how what is blocking Brave from decoding automatically.

Do you subscribe to Peter Lowe Filter with Shields or NextDNS ?

You are right, thank you. I had adjusted my hosts file using his recommendation. Deleting his changes solved the problem.
