Trusted URL or site?

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?
I have no idea where to ask this on your site.
How do we add a url or site as trusted site or url ? this used to be simple and easy to find. The one article I read on brave lead me to a dead end, there should be a simple “add trusted site” location

Its doesn’t need any more explanation above -

Is this with respect to certificates? As in:

  1. Visit the site
  2. Click the “lock” icon in the address bar
  3. Then Certificate --> Trust
