Description of the issue:
The fonts I chose wouldn’t apply to Traditional Chinese when I set Brave to English after the latest update.
I’ve tried close the Hardware/ Graphic Acceleration and set the fonts to other fonts but none of them worked.
Picture 1 shows that this font can be applied to both languages.
Picture 2 shows the result page when I set the language to English.
Picture 3 shows the result page when I set the language to Traditional Chinese, and this is how the fonts should look like.
Expected result:
Maybe I could downgrade to solve the problem?
Or will this issue be fixed in the next update?

Same issue also happened to Chrome and Brave Beta.
I set the fonts to Standard font, Serif font and Sans-serif font.
