バックグラウンド再生の項目がありません。
Are you saying that you don’t get the add to Brave Playlist button on Youtube?
I sometimes have to wait upto a minute for it to appear. From what I have noticed, it appears faster when I’m connected to a faster internet connection.
I would point out that my brave Playlist is in brave Nightly on android, since it’s not in stable release version of Android yet.
Also, I’ll tag @atsushisa to assist. He’s the one helping the Japanese Community on this forum.

The problem is not the playlist, but the fact that there is no longer a background playback item in the settings, as attached.
Background playback is possible with pip, but has the specification changed?
