Although the creator verification system is disabled on Android. Is it possible to send tips? Will they arrive effectively?

I would suggest to wait. The new version (1.8.112) should be available in Play Store in coming day/s. This version have a fix for verified status.

I just installed version 1.8.112 on Android and verified Status dont seem to be available yet but it seems there is trouble with payout on this version so maybe they wait to fix it before.
The update is out already?
It was available for me. But im French maybe its not out everywhere yet.

1.8.112 resolves the issue of verified properties appearing as unverified. You may need to leave your browser open for a while, so that the updated publisher list can be downloaded.
