I’ve checked on a few different sites and I’m only seeing parts of the text on the page. I’ve turned shields on and off with no differences. If I select the text, it displays the entire content. I have the same issue on the Brave settings page. Chrome, Edge, & IE are all functioning normally.

This is a common issue we see when Hardware Acceleration is enabled. Can you try disabling this option in settings to see if that resolves the issue?
Settings --> Additional Settings --> System --> Hardware Acceleration
