Is it true that Brave cannot sync tabs in their original groups from another device? I tried and found the following trying to sync from device A to B:
- When I open a new Brave window on device B, nothing automatically show up. I have to go to History and click “Other device” in order to access the tabs from Device A
- Unfortunatly under "Other device, the 300 or so tabs that I spent tons of time categorizing under specific groups on Device A are are shown as having all been ungrouped, so there’s no way I can simply restore the tab groups at all.
Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?
If its a known issue and there’s n plan to address it, I may need to stick with Edge, because with Edge the tab groups show up in History exactly as they are on the original device. I only need to click on each tab group to restore them to Device B.

PS. My sync is between Windows 11 and MX Linux if that makes a difference.
