When I have a few tabs open and go to some websites in one of them, I would like this trail shown directly in all of the tabs’ Menu → History pop-out. Instead they only show the navigaton done within the tab. If I have closed the tab already or navigated out of it in such a way that I can’t return, I have nowhere to wind back my history quickly but must go to “Recently closed tabs” and scan through all of them there, if that even applies, or open the full history list. This is tedious clicking that ought not be necessary. Make the pop-out update automatically, please.

I’m unclear on what exactly you’re asking? When you visit a tab, it should be visible in Menu --> History as well as by long-clicking the “back” button in the browser. What exactly is the functionality you’re missing here?
