Sync of bookmarks without names not working

Description of the issue:

Hi!

I have some bookmarks on my desktop for which I have deleted the name, like on this little screenshot:

I can do this by right click on the bookmark > Edit… and then set the name to blank.

I noticed that only the bookmarks that have a name appear in the bookmarks of my phone. The other bookmarks that have a blank name seem not to be synced.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a bookmark on your desktop Brave (I used Linux this time).
  2. Delete the name of the bookmark by right-clicking on it, then “Edit…” > leave the name blank > “Save”.
  3. Create a sync chain with the Linux client.
  4. Flash the QR code to sync your Android Brave with the desktop version and wait for it to sync

Actual Result:

The bookmark doesn’t appear in the mobile bookmarks.

Expected result:

Reproduces how often:

Each time I tried.

Brave Version:

Version 0.59.35 Chromium: 72.0.3626.81 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Linux (Ubuntu 16.04 LTS).
Version 1.0.77, Chromium 71.0.3578.99 on Android.

Mobile Device details

OnePlus 3.

Android Version

Android 8.0.0

Additional Information:

I didn’t test yet if the same issue occurs for folders that have no name. Maybe it could be nice to check too.
