Switching between apps cause screen to blur

Description of the issue:

When CMD+TABbing back to Brave from another app, the whole screen gets blurred until I CMD+TAB again. Basically have to do it twice.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Use/ Open Brave as usual.
  2. Under Settings, Security, ensure TouchID and Passcode option is enabled. Either (TID or passcode) is fine
  3. If you have a keyboard (e.g. Logitech Slim Folio), quickly CMD + TAB to another app.
  4. Quickly CMD + TAB back to Brave

Expected result:

Brave should render without any issues
