Suspended BAT notice when logging into Creator Dashboard

I was unaware that I had Suspended BAT until I logged onto my Brave Creator dashboard. I’m not sure when this issue first occurred, however it’s currently ongoing at the moment. I would like to get it resolved.

Did you email into with the information requested as instructed?

I only followed the appeal prompt. However I will email now and see if that helps.

So I just received an email back. The email appears to be automated and in the email it says it’s not a “active support address”. However I actually did answer the questions in the email to the best of my knowledge in the appeals page already. I’ve been waiting for a response for some time now.

Can you please send me a DM with the email associated with your Creator account so I can take a look and see whether or not you’re actually suspended?
