Description of the issue:
When I add account with Ledger hardware wallet, I can’t see any account created with MetaMask integrated hardware wallet support.
Since, MetaMask uses BIP-44 derivation paths I can’t see addresses except first one.
Please support BIP-44 derivation paths with Ledger hardware wallet.
