Still waiting on a ticket response (ticket #: 202460)

It looks like i’m not the only one after a lot of tickets were created for June, but posting a new topic so anyone with the same issues can comment as well. Basically, created a ticket # 202460 on June 21 (12 days ago) and have not received any response yet. Any update would be appreciated.

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)? N/A

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices? yes
