Hi, @leelaa, I think you might have better results checking on your account’s progress by using the same DM to steeven where you sent your information. You can find it in your profile under Messages.

That would be frustrating, I’m sorry. I know Support is quite busy right now, but I think @steeven will get to you as soon as he’s able. It is okay to check on that DM you share with him, sending a quick, Hi, any new on my issue?… just maybe not every day or two.
