Description of the issue:
Speed reader always activates even with the option turned off. I mostly use my browser to read articles and stories. It gets annoying when I already setup my viewing preferences but speedreader overrides it.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Opening articles, forums, or AO3.
Expected result:
Speedreader will turn on wven if the option is off.
