Description of the issue: Downloaded and installed Brave on my Windows 11 laptop. During setup, I noticed the Speedreader option and enabled it. I disliked how it rendered some blog pages, so I thought I would either exclude that site or disable, however the option is not present. Neither search nor the Settings Appearance page has it.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Unsure, since i cannot seem to undo it.
- Install
- Turn on Speereader
Expected result:
The Speedreader toggle is present.

Version 1.34.80 Chromium: 97.0.4692.71 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information: ASUS VivoBook 15, Windows 10->11 (a month or two ago), imported from Firefox.
