Speaking to someone at Brave?

I just want to speak to a real person ? are they really saying the only support is a community forum? how do I speak to someone if I have a serious issue?

You will help yourself a lot, by visiting and reviewing https://community.brave.com/ > the general categories up and down the left side of your browser window.

Because you need to try and narrow down what your issue is, or issues are. For example, you might select:

Do Not Worry about getting those selections right, on your first attempts. Pick at least one category that is close, and then edit your Original Post (“OP”) above.

You can select the one category.

Next, report in your OP:

  • Describe your issue(s)

  • Computing device and its OS

  • Brave Browser version numbers

You do have to provide a description that is good enough at conveying the details about your issue(s), in order to get the attention of Brave Support.
