I would like to suggest a couple of things,
First, a built-it option to keep bookmarks sorted by Name / url / date etc,
yes there are plenty of extensions for it, but it would be nice not to rely on those 3rd parties if it is built in.
and second, an option to open popup windows as tabs, some websites popup a fill-in form, but it is to small, and not very practical, so, certain websites could be allowed to pop on a full tab for convenience.
