Some downloads are still greyed on on MacOS

I’m on MacOS 14.1 (23B2073) on an MB Pro with an M3 and Brave v1.62.153 installed with Homebrew.

The problem described here still exists: All Downloads are showing as "hidden" on mac

What I can not confirm is that there is any logic when this happens. Some downloads are ok, some others are greyed out. But also the greyed out ones work and can be opened.

Same problem here. Problems started when I switched to the iCloud Downloads folder. I really prefer using the cloud folder instead of a local one!
