Shield issue when loading up Youtube

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Load up Youtube (Shields up)
  2. View some random videos.
  3. Try a few times. (Unsure of how many)

Expected result:

A Pre-roll Ad (Rarely a pop-up add) will show up.
Sometimes the sight acts like shields are not even on.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Latest version (As of writing)

Additional Information:

The problem shows up not often, but it is annoying. I can reload it to get rid of it, and that seems to get rid of it for the time being.
