On the home page or in the next tab, you have these quick links. (See image) If two lines are full and I add another bookmark, all the quick links disappear.
Can I set it to have multiple lines, or to have more than just two?

If you click on the Three dots and select Show Favorites, you should see both lines reappear.
Yes – top-sites are populated by sites you visit the most. Favorites can be any site you want to make your favorite. Additionally, once you fill two lines, you can continue to add favorites and click through the “pages” on the bottom of the widget to view them all:
