Description of the issue:
Screen flashes black for a second or two, it seems to happen on random, and it is only the browser area, my Windows taskbar is visible, so it is not a display driver or other Windows issue.
**Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
Use brave, any page will do, for example this community page
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Browser area goes black, including address bar and tabs. Since it lasts only a second taking screenshot is difficult.

Reproducible on current live release (yes/no):
No idea what is a live release.
