Description of the issue:
I need to use the Roboform password manager. I looked at the extensions screen, and I do not see it available. Doyou ever plan to make it available to users? If not, I will need to use another browser.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Expected result:
Add the Roboform extension to Brave.
Brave Version( check About Brave
):
0.23.39
Additional Information:
I tested this extension a few weeks, seemed to work well (installing application and app).
Would check for a newer version of Brave also.
I click to update, and it says there are no updates now, so I must have the latest version of Brave.
Have you gone to the extensions page under settings?
Roboform does not appear there at all.
So how did you get the Roboform extension for Brave?
See my post below. It explains my problem in more detail.
I already have Roboform on Chrome and Firefox.
It works great there.
I am now trying to put it onto Brave, as it is more privacy oriented, supposedly.
I clicked the link you gave, and I see no way to implement or even download any version of Roboform there.
That page only describes it.
What version of Brave is showing in brave://settings/help
?
The main issue will be the version of Brave, just too old. Download & install the latest from https://brave.com/
and re-test.
Just for reference, the latest Brave ver is Version 1.19.90 Chromium: 88.0.4324.146 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Thank you so much for your help.
I implemented the newest version and was able to figure out how to get Roboform and other extensions to show on the address bar.
You earned some good karma today!
Lloyd
