Referral Promo Stats problems of October and November ( Previous Rate 5.00 USD 11 Confirmed but only received ~ 49 BAT )

I have confirmed the introduction of October with a rate of 5 usd but the control panel is only received 1 usd and the BAT number added to the account is only a rate of 1 usd

Is the dashboard has not updated fully BAT number should not display correctly ?
